Missing .dsf file

I can't for the life of me fix this. I just got this material for my genesis 8 male. and it keeps doing this: 

data/bluebird 3d/striker of shadows/striker of shadows shirt/uv sets/bluebird 3d/base/default.dsf

 There is no dsf file nowhere at all. I can only find a dsa or dsx file and I have no idea what to do, I've read other threads, I've looked up videos and I've tried but I just don't understand what's happening. I don't understand and I've sat here already 2 to 3 hours frustrated at this.Help Please! ):

It's apparently a material for the Striker of Shadows outfit. Do you have it installed?

So I need that outfit in order to use it?

Yes.

What you have there is a materials preset/new textures addon.

You will need to base outfit that it applies to.
