Can't install Content Management Service

I'm having problems and uninstalled the Content Management Service and I was using 4.7, now when I reinstalled 4.7, It's not installing the Content Management Service. Doing searches it appears I need to install 4.5, but I can't find it to install. Any ideas? I'm using windows 8 64 bit.

    Ok after more searches I found the DAZ3DIM1 in Program Files (x86) and reinstalled the CMS.

    My categories and smart content is not working.

    I did a bunch of backups. I had backed up my User data and the contents of the databases folder from the CMS, it didn't recreate the databases folder after I did the new install and I recreated it..

    If you see my image I'm missing Products and Categories.

    After I did a fresh installs of both CMS and 4.7, they where there, as soon as I did a reimport metadata they are gone again.

    I've tried it about 4 different ways, without making the databases floder, making the databases folder but leaving it empty and adding my databases files- ContentDB.blb, ContentDB.dat, ContentDB.vdb, master.vdb.

    I've opened my User data in a tesxt editor and it is filled with data.

    I'm lost.

    My original problem started when I went to mark all my content as seen, and my system shut down, after I was able to restart I can't get any of my categories to work.

    Were you using PostgreSQL CMS before?

    No, I never used it.

    If you look in Task Manager under Processes from all users, do you see either "contentmanagementservice" or "postgreSQL" running? (PostgreSQL will only show when DS or DIM are running)

    No on both.

    I'm still playing. I did a fresh install of both. I didn't create the daabases folder. The Products and Categories are there in 4.7. I did a metadata reimport, without user data and and both Products and Categories disappeared as I was watching. I saw that there is a log file in the CMS folder and I got -

    Uninstalling CMS and trying again.

    removing / reinstalling CMS-
    i created the databases folder and added the old info, ContentDB.blb, ContentDB.dat, ContentDB.vdb, master.vdb. CMS stopped running, but the Products and Categories are still there in 4.7.

    I tried to restart the CMS, but nothing, the log stayed the same.

    Next, removing / reinstalling CMS create empty databases folder and install something with DIM- forgot to delete databases and files after uninstall and reinstall, CMS never started, trying again and deleted folder and then created empty databases folder, CMS still running, now after I open 4.7 the CMS turns off.

    I'm not bothering with installing something, I think I've done enough tests, and after doing all this,it appears that opening 4.7 is causing the CMS to shut down.

    What is ERROR 0x8250A: Wrong deployment serial.

    Since the old Valentina CMS is giving you trouble, try installing PostgreSQL CMS. Don't bother with the Valentina to PostgreSQL Conversion, just install PostgreSQL, then start up DS and try to re-import metadata.

    Thanks a lot, I installed it and I was able to re-import my metadata.
