In just looking at it, it almost looks like an Out of Touch outfit that may (or may not) be for a G3 Character.  But I'd start with them.

That doesn't mean anything. Promos for Daz Originals are often made by hired promo artists who use whatever they have in their library.

And in this case it is from Rendo, dForce Selected Outfit for Genesis 8 Females by lilflame.
