Iray to 3Delight Help

Hello DS Community-
I have, what may be a stupid question, at least to some I suppose but, please be kind and bear with me.
As an medium skilled artist, who does not like to use Iray for rendering,(I just don’t care for the color outcome. I prefer the more natural skin tones in 3Delight) is there, any way to get the same affect for “Iray” products when rendering in 3Delight? Sometimes, an Iray prop or hair item etc, will just be a dulled version or, sometimes, just renders pure white. Is there a “work around” Iray so it renders normally in 3Delight?
Sorry if this seems moronic but, I’m not exactly a professional here.
Thanks for your kind and understanding responses in advance.

There's no magic conversion tool which will give you perfect results. Iray and 3DL are very different.
This can give you a good starting point though: https://www.daz3d.com/rssy-iray-to-3delight-converter-and-merchant-resource
I use the Iray to 3Delight converter Leana mentions above. I use it a lot, but I'm also collecting 3DL shaders when I see them in the sales. I also use IBL Master for Daz Studio for lighting (https://www.daz3d.com/ibl-master-for-daz-studio)
I've only been using working with Daz Studio for about 4 years off and on, so I'm always learning. Lighting has always been the area I struggled with when using 3DL but I've found IBL Master enables me to light figures and scenes quite well.
There are some good threads focussed on 3Delight in the Art Studio section of the forum. @Sven_Dullah has started a fantastic thread giving tips on how to use 3Delight.

Thank you both, Leana and Mollytabby. I appreciate your help and guidance. I will definitely take a loo kat what youve told me.
Thanks again so much.
Really appreciate your time.
