paremeters jumping from 0-10, any way to fix this?

Sorry for the confusing title but I am not sure how to explain it in such a short space. Basically when I use my mouse with some paremeters, only SOME, instead of gradually going up it goes from like... 0-10 and so forth. So I'm sitting there trying to get someone in the right pose but can't unless I manually type it in. Is there any fix for this?

i am currently on 4.15... I didn't know an update was out

Check the sensitivity in Parameter Settings - the gear icon on the right-hand end of the slider.
