Buy Iray!

Serious. buy it. Studio has an Iray export option... So export it. dump out of DS. Fire up Iray, give it the file, done deal!


The purchased Iray likely comes with addons and tools that could do "everything" extra you want too. ;) Bonus. win/win.

Maybe they have a trial version. Maybe they even have a ATI version? heheee. Just keep banging your head against the wall, until eventually you slip through into another world, where AMD invented Aray...

    for most of us.

    the point was that some people "hated" DS-Iray because in Octane, they could "send-it-out" to be rendered, and then exist DS. So just saying: you could still do the exact same thing.

    Fair point, I don't personally care to export and render but I guess some people do. It helps that I have to run like 6 graphics programs and have a boat load of things in a scene to even come remotely close to running out of ram so having DS running has never bothered me.
