how to correct no limits pls

Have made something of a mistake on a scene I am doing where apparently all the limits are turned off which explans why it was acting "odd" when I was using it but I've totally forgotten how you correct it. Pls help.

Edit>Figure>Limits>Limits On, with the figure selected.
