Midnightstories two entries today look very cool but I'm a little wary after the ostrich.

Obviously two ip's come to mind immediately but are they diverse enough to avoid issues?

Actually now I look it's quite clever as the Hellraiser and Dune images are just showing how diverse the outfit is.

    I wonder where this helmet comes from? looks in Midnightstories's style, but I can't remember it

    I think once you buy an item you will always have access to it, even if it's pulled from the store.

    In any case, yes, very cool looking product!

    I will say the lower part of the coat looks a bit weird in certain positions and I think optional dForce might have helped.

    Really bad day for my wallet as I really like Space Navigator even though he has a kind of "down the loo" look lol

    Yeah, the lower part of the Guild outfits is a little odd in some positions.

     

    There's also the Stillsuits... err, "Desert Suits".

    Of course, more like the David Lynch rather than the new Dune stillsuits. Since that movie was something of a mixed... success? failure? I think the IP is maybe a little more safe than if you did straight-up copies of the Villeneuve Dune.

    I think it's odd because it's trousers rather than a coat? 

    I forgot to mention Mad Scientist too, he's asking for it too.  If I could "ART" I would render the Mad Scientist in the Guild Servant coat maybe doing the splits.  Unfortunately I'm a little "Space Navigator" at using the items I buy lol.

    Yes, I'm expecting "space dress" or "space overcoat" rather than "space trousers" for the Guildsmen.

    That it looks more like space trousers when the legs are separate, it's not connecting well in my mind's eye. (I think I'd pose them with legs together and/or from the waist-up.)

    All things considered, with 4+ debut new items in the cart (and I also particularly like this crop of new items, being in a sci fi mood that includes tentacles, Gothic sci fi, mad science, cyborgs, etc.), the pricing is pretty good after I factor in both my holiday loyalty discount and the 4+ item discount. That stuff doesn't fit everyone, but it is stuff that fits what I want.

    I want the character with the nails. Did I miss that coming out or is it a personal item someone created?
