Daz studio on virtual machine

Does anyone know if daz3d can be installed on a virtual machine?
I had a thought of adding a second gpu to my pc and dedicating it to the vm, then sharing the storage and in this way do 2 renders at once.

To answer your question, yes you can install DS in a virtual machine, but in order to use the GPU, you have to do a VGA passthrough to make it accessible in the VM. VGA passthroughs can be kind of tricky and can lead to reduced performance.
If you just want to run two or more instances of DS, it's probably safer and easier to do it within the same operating system. https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/359146/does-4-12-1-16-allow-multiple-instances-of-studio/p9
Easy to use other than rendering on GPU.
I do 2 renders using instances; I've also done em on blender and studio at the same time.
