Is that an error im my cart or not?

I put some things in my cart and expected that Gargoyle HD for Genesis 2 Male(s) would be for 50% but it isn't...
Shouldn't it be a item of the catch up?
It was a new mad item at 11th March...

    It is no longer in the Newly Mad or Still Mad categories so will not trip the MM discount and the related store sales excludes the New items unless they are in the MM categories still.
