Sitejabber ???

It appears dAZ is trying to get customer feedback, but the questions I received from some place called Sitejabber are a bit strange, considering how DAZ does online store purchases. We receive our order as soon as the purchase goes through for one thing. I don;t download my purchases sometimes for a couple weeks, and i have tons of stuff I've never downloaded. whatever.

    never have gotten any links from daz 3d whatsoever about downloads and such. just the receipt after purchase

    Maybe it's a response to the problems many people were having a while back about not being able to download their purchases? Maybe now Daz is checking to make sure everything worked out OK?

    Never got one of these myself, but then again, I never even get email receipts any more (for the past couple of years).
