Missing Hair presets for Ravyn Character by 3D Universe

When trying to apply different texture colors for the Ravyn hair prop I get errors.
On investigation it looks like most of the hair textures are missing.
I re-downloaded the product but the result was the same.

What error are you getting?
I have Ravyn and all the options are working, my runtime has the same files as yours.
Did you check the log file to see what files are missing?
Have a look in the C:\Daz 3D\Applications\Data\DAZ 3D\My DAZ 3D Library\People\Genesis 8 Female\Hair\3D Universe\Ravyn\Materials\Iray folder as that is where the colors are.
I just manually downloaded Ravyn again to see if any of those files have since gone missing and they're all there so maybe try a manual download?

That error means that you need to have the hair parented to the character, and then have the character selected when you apply the preset.
That's funny because the hair was on the character, but I was selecting the hair to apply the color...not the character.

I must admit.
Hieracical presets has some options, but I generally are finding them annoying. It mens you can't use the item on another character that it was meant for.
