The readme shows only the one morph, plus adjustments to make it bend nicely. In general radical reshapings like that are unlikely to come with partial morphs due to the difficulty of handling the transition - a stand-alone head would almost be a separate product, not just a matter of splitting the base morph with a fall-off along the neck.
