Easing from Pose Into Aniblock

Ok, one more. How do you get a figure to gradually shift from the pose in starts with in the scene to the first frame of the aniblock? I want to give the dynamic clothing time to settle before the figure starts moving.

    I think I have it. I create a pose based in the first frame of the original aniblock and create a new aniblock that starts with my start pose and ends with the one that is the initial position in the original aniblock. Then I slap the original behind the one I made.
