Is there a way to delete specific bones in a figure without whole figure being deleted?

For dForce? You can set Dynamic Strength to 0 in any surfaces you don't want to move at all, if your boundaries between simulating and static don't helpfully match surface boundaries then a weight map can be used to control Dynamic Strength - you need to add a dForce Weight Node from the Create menu, activate yhe Node Weightmap brush from the Tools menu, assign the map in Tool Settings, and paint/select/fill the influences.
Just the bone, leaving the geometry? It is in the right-click menu with the Joint Editor tool active.
