[Resolved] Modular Building Kits

I am looking for a modular building construction kit, similar to (ARK Modern Modular Cafe | Daz 3D), but something that would work well with Stonemason's Urban Sprawl series. I know of some products over in Renderosity, and I have most of them (specifically the Mapps_Horror Classic series), but I am trying to find something that I could use to create a "dive bar" or an "adult" club that would have working doors.

Aside from these products, does anyone have suggestions? If these are the best options, any suggestion for useful shaders?  I'm willing to kitbash obviously, as I am wanting a modular kit, but finding more window and door options is difficult.
