Abandoned Factory Environment Bundle Resource Usage

Can someone who has purchased [the Abandoned Factory Environment Bundle] this let me know the vram usage for this set? Specifically, the building and vegetation. I'll probably not use the machinery. I'm tempted but stuck on 8gb vram for personal projects at the moment.
