Dokkalfar the Dark Elf for Genesis 8 Female Skin tone question?

I recently got the Dokkalfar the Dark Elf for Genesis 8 Female. In my opinion it looks nothing like the promo pics in the item advertized in the DAZ store. Instead of a warm brown looking elf I have a Dark Grey elf. I've messed with the surface shaders and i either end up with a dark or light grey elf. I've also messed with the lights but I get nothing close to the promo pics, just  grey. The dark grey elf is nice but it's not the warm brown I was hoping for. I haven't had an issue like this with any other DAZ product.  Anybody have any suggestions or advise?

    You would have to post pictures of what your renders look like and your render settings.

    The character should render as advertised. I test my characters under a number of lighting conditions to ensure things always look right.

    I'm using Daz 4.10 and the Dokkalfar look as advertised for me. Love their look. I need to use them more often.

    Since I do not know what your settings are, I have rendered an Iray version and a 3delight version......then I did a version with 3delight textures rendered in iray, and a 3delight render that used lights designed for iray (which are a couple common errors people have with rendering)...maybe that will help you track down your issue

    And this. I don't know if its a load, surfaces, or lighting issue. I just know it looks really really dark and grey and I cant figure out why. I've not had this issue with any other DAZ product.

    that just looks liket lighting..the textures seem to be rendering fine, though for some reason the iray one seems to have the displacment turned off for some reason
