Please help me to solve "an error occur while reading the file, see the log file for more details"

Hi
I'm very new in DAZ3D. I've just purchased and then installed 'Mina' from DAZ3D. (http://www.daz3d.com/mina)
When I clicked load the model, it showed
"an error occur while reading the file, see the log file for more details".
I can't upload the log file to show you as the filetype is not allowed to upload.

You can always look in the log file yourself, then cut and paste the relevant part on the forum here, look at the end of your last session?
Mina is a character for V4 or Genesis, which one are you trying to use? You need to have either V4 or Genesis loaded before applying the morphs to make the figure into Mina. It may ask you to load a new figure when using the Genesis version, but with V4, you need the base V4 figure loaded first.
OK, I got the point and it works right now!, it's necessary to load Genesis female first, then apply Mina into Genesis.
