DAZ viewport laggy after reinstall

Hi,

I reinstalled Daz earlier due to my content folders being messed up so wanted a fresh restart. I reinstalled it (once trying DIM, once trying DazCentral) and both times now my viewport is extremely laggy, including on scenes it wasn't before.

I have a 3090, and I'm using texture shaded (which I never had issues with before). I have 64gb of RAM so that's not the problem either. I added my other content folders as directories that I was using before - I just really can't think what would be different. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

Moving body parts/expressions is fine, but simply moving my view is exteremerly slow.
