Is the Process for Sending Daz Chars to Unity for Non HDRP projects still difficult?
It used to be difficult in Unity 5 , Unity 4 And such back in the day. So hard, cause eyes textures wouldn't convert you had to do all kinds of things. How is it now?
I personally use hDRP so i used Unofficial DTU bridge but i have to do some projects for Low End computers so i'm forced to use the Built in render pipeline project template for those( i just started one) and i'm thinking is it going to be a tedious process? Or in Unity(modern unity ) 2021.1.28 for example is the process now much better and easier?
Do materials/textures actually work right away? eyes and eyelashes work instead of importinginto Unity with white eyeballs with no visible irirses/pupils and the eyelashes comletely black with no trnaparency?

Yes, I use it all the time and I am using only official Daz to Unity bridge.
I use mostly Unity version 2021.1.28 although other version works also well.
If something does not transfer to my like, I just try another asset, until I find a good one.
The same is with URP in Unity - all works very nicely.
One note: I am not that picky...
If I want some other shaders, I use the ones included with Tafi characters from Unity store.
Tafi characters for Unity support built-in, URP and HDRP render pipelines.
Some of Tafi assets are free, so you can try them without necessity to pay for them.
Wait you said you use Daz To Unity? but i thought that's only for HDRP? i was asking about transferring characters for a 3D built i pipeline project , not HDRP project. So in this case i have to export my characters as FBX and i can't use Daz to Unity bridge, correct?
Oh anyways thanks i tried and it does work even for Non HDRP projects. i though DTU( use unoffical version) only worked for HDRP !!!! That's awesome. So i 'm glad i dont have to do it like the old times where i had to export characters as FBX and then fix all their white eyes and non trnsparent eyelashes etc in Unity. nice!!!
