Help! CMS won't start....

I am installing the latest studio on my Windows 10 PC and the CMS won't start. Any time I have insalled Studio, never had this problem, Anyone have any ideas???

Duplicate threads removed, and moved this one over to Daz Studio Discussion since I was fiddling anyway.
What are your system details? What security software are you using? Are you sure it won't start, or are you geting Daz Studio complaining that it neds a connection to PostgreSQL? Have you checked Task Manager (you will need to enable the More details option, then scroll down to the process list under the list of actual running applications to check)?
