saving pose so the figure does not jump to zero location

i have followed what i am supposed to do, as i remember soetimes it worked sometimes not-the goal is to pose the fiogure in desired pose at the present location they are, all that should change is the pose not the location of the figure (which of course can be anywhere from a foot to 300 feet away from daz zero point) please tell me how to do this succesfully , this has been a huge issue for a  long time , thanks

  • Pose the figure using bones, move the figure using the figure node, save both (ideally as separate presets so you can still use the pose in other places).

Richard's way works, when pose is saved uncheck the characer and only check hip instead, so nice and easy
