Under the 70% discount with purchase of 2 Still Mad or Newly Mad items the discount isn't showing up in my cart! Anyone else or do you know why no discount taking place??

No matter what items I add the "Dungeon Props" does not give a discount?!?!?!
Where are they included? The Art Collaborations store isn't one of the Madness stores, and the Related madness items all seem to be new.
I don't see them included in 70% off (with purchase of 2 newly or still mad items) MM Genesis category.
