I'm not sure about Wrinkle 3D but I have the PA's Clothes Converter 4 and I am unable to get to run (even in compatability mode) on my Windows 10 machine.

Current sku for products released currently are in the 90,000,  and the current DS version is 4.21

This wrinkle product is 21451   and atleast 8 years old,  and made for a version of DS around 4.6

there are lots of reasons it might be causing crashes. Take the return and refund option.

Did you mean Clothes Converter by MarcusD or are you thinking of Clothing Converter by RiversoftArt? MarcusD's Clothes Converter used to run for me on Windows 10 but now it won't start. So some update must have caused it to fail.

Like Clothes Converter Wrinkle3d is an indepentant program an not dependant on DAZ Studio.  I did decide to take a chance and purchased it. However, like Clothes Converter I was unable to get it to start. So, I will have to return it unless someone can suggest a way to get it to run. I have already tried running as administrator and runnig in compatability mode tono avail.

the first, I convertt stuff to V4 and Aiko3 with it a lot, It do however have issues with sleeves so avoid outfits with them. it has a weird missing geometry issue so weightpainting in Carrara cannot fix it

I listed the how to a few posts above Hebrewman. You will notice the | between UserNameXXX then a | and then a string of numbers. So you want to take the UserNameXXX and put that in the first box. Forget the | and then copy and paste the string of numbers into the second box. It's confusing, I know. This is how the merchant does it though.

Where's the part where you tell us all how you got the Username?

The line of text is the username then the serial number - it's a generic username, not your own.

    I had this issue

turns out there is a |

which is a separator for username and serial, not a capital i or a lowercase L

ie |Il for comparison, we really need serifs on our fonts FFS
