Night Time for IDL Studio can b used in daz?

this product says its for poser, but isnt it just hi res j pegs of the skies and therefor can be used in daz by applying to a plane or sky dome?

    You could use just the images I guess, im assuming all the assets for IDL Studio are the same which means the images are jpg.  But none of the mt5 (material) files will work so your basically paying for the images in the set.  I do not know how they will work on other skydomes/planes if the geometries are different.

    I don't own that set but I do have the base IDL Studio.  I loaded one of the images on a plane and it worked fine but they image is not crisp (nor is the original).

    It's images for spheres and half spheres from what I can tell. You can probably use it with some onter normal dome in Daz, there is plenty of legacy ones, might just have to scale to fit your scene. You could even turn the sphere ones into HDRI if you wanted with a program like Infinity and apply them to the environment skydome....but I probably wouldn't do that as your entire scene would look just as crudy as these sky maps.
