Mesh Grabber: when launching from Tools

I just picked up Mesh Grabber and it is in tools and when I select the clothing item then go to tools then select Mesh Grabber the only thing that happens is the clothing then shrinks down and makes the clothing not cover even more.

figure is a G8F and Dancer!! from the Daz store.

I have uninstalled the Mesh grabber from the DIM and reinstalled it and same thing.  I have checked the presets folder where the Mesh grabbers files are and all three.

any Ideas why the Mesh Grabber isn't loading or working properly?

I believe what you're describing is the result of mesh smoothing (which includes collision checking) being turned off while Mesh Grabber is active. This is intentional, to let Mesh Grabber work with the actual base shape.
