Any Genesis > Genesis 2 uv converters?

As it says on the tin.

Is there a way to get Genesis 2 male to function with skins from other generations? I'm guessing 'no,' but I'd love to be wrong. (I've done some fruitless searching on store)

Check slosh's store for the UVs and shapes.

He also did a M4 UV as well.

Any UVs that aren't covered can be converted to one of these UVs using DS's Map Transfer tool.

http://www.daz3d.com/michael-4-for-genesis-2-male will let you use any Gen 4 (Michael 4 and related) textures with G2M
http://www.daz3d.com/generation-5-uv-bundle-for-genesis-2-male-s adds David 5/Freak 5/Hiro 5 support to G2M (G2M already supports Genesis and Michael 5 UVs).

Older generations like Michael/David/Hiro3 or before would require http://www.daz3d.com/texture-convertor-2-tc2 and the appropriate plugins to convert to Michael 4 which could then be transferred using Michael 4 for G2M.

Are you sure G2M already supports Genesis? That's not an option for me.
