I would like to purchase this product, but I don't see Iray mentioned anywhere on the page.

I imagine it would have to be Iray.

Can anyone confirm this?

For a product with a SKU like 82153 (about six months ago), unless it specifically says it is *not* Iray, you can safely assume it is.

I won't put an exact product number on when you should start to worry if it's Iray (that's asking for trouble), but Iray's been the store standard for quite a few years now.

Thanks! That's what I figured. Someone told me SKUs below 22000 or so are definitely not Iray. So this product is well beyond that and I agree with you.

Well, not definitely, as I think the lowest product number in the store with Iray materials is actually SKU 32 (no, not a typo, thirty-two), but there aren't many Iray products less than that, most of them things that received an update years after their release.

But yeah, that's about when Iray was starting, but I've not done enough analysis to know at what point it was completely dominant.

Mind you, most standard 3DL materials can update to Iray quite nicely, although there are some custom shaders that will have problems.

Don't discount stuff below 22000, because they can have iRay add-on textrures that give them a new lease of life.
