Victoria 6 for free

I have buy 2 thing from the still mad and now i must get victiora 6 for free if i must belive the image down under at that page.

Where can i find it?
I don't see a link above the site like it was when i get the free bundle?

    "Buy 2 or more “Newly Mad” or “Still Mad” new releases and get Victoria 6 for free*.
    * items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply."

    If you already paid for 2 newly mad or still mad items, you should have included Victoria 6 with them in that order. If you didn't, your only other recourse would be to contact customer service and ask if they would honor the offer anyway. They might not but it doesn't hurt to ask.
