How to get this shape?

I feel really stupid for asking this, but how can I get the depicted shape?
I tried making the shape with lines but there is no way to fill it.
Tried several other things but no luck.
Thanks in advance!

    I do not speak English.
    Have you tried with the cylinder?
    Exist many possibilities ....

    I used the Line and made a circle, then deleted 1/2 off the circle
