Products used for Birthday Girl Hair Promos

I've asked Goldtassel who could not help so I'd like to ask everybody.

Any ideas what products are used for the (first two) promo pictures, like

- character/texture
- top
- cake (but that could have been added in postwork as well)

Also, any ideas what render engines might have been used. Looks like
Octane/Reality or Iray to me.

Thanks in advance!

I suspect it's this one, or based on it:

It looks like the cake could be from this set http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/exnem-cake-pies/92472/

There's one in there that looks like it could be it (strawberries on top and the right pattern in the middle). Though the frosting on it is white instead of pink, that probably could have been changed in the diffuse settings in DAZ.

No, it's not that one, I think it's a slightly morphed Belle. Not sure about the texture though.

Regarding the shape, I'm with your second suggestion, Taozen, thanks! Looks quite similar and a morphed Belle makes sense as the hair is part of a Belle add-on bundle. Did you just dial those Morphs in with the standard Belle? I've also got both the Handspans Morph Resource Kit as well as Fuselings Daring if those are needed.

Any chance you may share the settings or dialed shape you've used.

Now since we're not talking about a complete character, I was looking just for the texture. It reminded me on the Metropolitan Collection from Danae over at Rendo. Could it be the texture from "London" here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/the-metropolitan-collection---london-v4-2/97977/ ? The slight veins around the nose and the little dots look quite similar? Anybody seconding that impression? Too bad I've purchased "Dublin" a long time ago and not London. Might have to wait for an opportunity.

The cake should be Exnems. Thanks MegonNoel.

That leaves just the top but I guess a lot of tops look similar.

    So thanks again everybody.

I just recognized the texture. 99.9% sure its London by danae over at r'osity. I agree with Taozen that its on a slightly morphed Belle too.

Looks like you're right about the London texture. And the top is possibly from (or is, the whole thing seem to be in one piece) the Hi-Lo Dress which I've used here, with some unknown texture.

The product is a DAZ Original.

Chances are the promos are done by DAZ's promo artists which means all products used in the promos will be products available at DAZ3D only.

Sure. You can download the preset here:

Don't know if it's allowed to share the complete character preset including the converted London texture, if it is I can upload that too.

I had such high hopes for the birthday hair, but from what I've heard the tail is permanently on the shoulder with positioning morphs to move it. I'm gotten so spoiled by hairs like the V5/6 Elite Ponytail and hairs with IK handles that I can't stand to use any long hair without them now. I only wish there was a search filter for that feature, because I don't have many.
