Using the renders from Pixabay as pose references for my artwork

I'm going to break this down for ya. For the past couple of years or so, I use Pixabay to gather up some pose references I want to use to help me create digital art. From those resources, I came across 3D renders made using Daz, Poser Pro and so on by various creators (examples: https://pixabay.com/users/silviap_design-1583911/https://pixabay.com/users/rachealmarie-3893509/ etc.). Correct me if I'm wrong on this one but for each 2D render of the models, they're made by the respective creators of it and can do whatever they want with it (in this case, sharing them with other creators to help with their own projects). I brought up that concern because I came across a forum post made by a user on Pixabay to which they mentioned that and I quote: "There is a difference between making a 3d rendering for YOUR commercial use and upload a 3d rendering in PNG for hundreds of people in commercial use...Even if the final 3D render is yours and you can copyright it, you can no longer do what you want with the new laws." source: https://pixabay.com/forum/questions-about-pixabay-11/about-3d-renderings-4043/ Lastly, before I use the pose references, I vetted them (i.e. TinEye, Google Image Search etc) to make sure that the reference in question comes from the creators on Pixabay. At the end of the day, the last thing I want is getting into trouble over using these models as a reference for my digital art projects over the years. Thanks for reading.
