Quick launch shortcuts!

I've seen tutorial videos where the user interface has victoia 4.2 icons on the toolbar! I assume that there shortcuts to add v4.2 to the scene which can speed things up a bit particularly if you have the ones you use the most as a short cut. I would love to get the Iray uber shader as a short cut on the tool bar as when playing around with Iray you tend to use it a lot. I have tried to find out my self but not seen anything yet would appreciate any advice!

    If you right-click on an item in the Content Library you should ahve a Create Custom Action command. By default that will add it to the Scripts menu, and create the Scripts menu if needed, but you can then use Window>Workspace>Customise to add it to another menu or toolbar by finding the target on the right, under the menus or toolbars tab, and finding the command on the left, under Custom Actions.
