"Free Render Thread"
The first of the free-for-all contests of 2015. For this month, render at least two figures in any setting of your choosing while being sure to pay special attention to the topics previously covered the last three months which were Composition, Lighting, and Posing.
I will be checking in on the WIP THREAD as will the rest of the Community Volunteers to try and help with anything you all may need.

For those veterans of the forums that would like to help, because this contest is designed for the beginner to learn from, we will be randomly selecting posts offering helpful tips and/or critiques to receive a special voucher as well so whether you are a seasoned artist or an aspiring one, there is fun for everyone!

Protecting the Eggs

Postwork: Eliminated one light reflex on the skin of the girl, slightly changed the color of the dragon skin to give it a bit more red, brightened eyes of the girl, changed form of eye for the dragon, so that the white around the iris dissappeared, and overall sharpening of the picture.

here's my sunset scene.

Same scene in both pics, but only the opposite PoV.
Software: DAZ4.7, rendered with 3Delight.
Prework: some modifications to the sand riffles structure of "The morphing terrain" from FirstBastion. Set bump = 0 and used displacement instead for all shaders.

Aesthetic Movement
Created & rendered in DAZ 4.7. Some postwork, I used a technique from Val Cameron aka Dreamlight for rendering lights separately then layered them all together in PS6.
