Create head morph dial from full character preset

I have some characters purchased from elsewhere that only come with a full character preset, no separate head and body dials. I like the character faces, but a lot of the body shapes don't work for me. Is there some was to generate a head morph dial from the full character so I can use the head shape with my own custom body shape? I've tried searching but haven't found anything. G8 characters...

    There are dev files for the Genesis 8 figures I that have options on separating heads from the bodies. I'm not sure anymore if these come with the Starter essentials or are separate...it's been awhile ;)

    It's not cheap, but Shape Splitter is a great resource for creating separate morphs: https://www.daz3d.com/shape-splitter
