Can anyone tell me if this comes with the ground/hills as shown in the promos?

    It's got a small hilly surrounding ring of ground.

    Hello, I know that this is an old publication but I wanted to ask.

    I just downloaded the archeron Pit Arena to my Daz Library manually, but I see that on the downloaded files there is only the "Runtime" folder. Usually whenever I download an enviroment it has the Data, Runtime and Props folders. 

    Is there something I am missing to be able to use it on the program?

    I'm not sure if you mean downloaded, brought the zip from the Daz servers to your computer, or if you emant installed, extracted the files from the zip to your content location: Poser-format content, or often content that has Poser-format main files with Daz Studio conpanion files for the material settings, will be structured that way once installed - the icons for loading will be in the Content Library under Poser Formats.
