Digital Art Live https://www.daz3d.com/digital-art-live has a ton of tutorials they are very well done and cover about anything you will need to learn cheaoer than if you hire someone to walk you through each portion of daz studio.
Depending on your project it may be quicker in the long run to pause for a moment and work out how to get your Daz Studio assets into Blender or Maya and animate them there with world-class animation tools than it would be to use them in Daz Studio immediately but waste a lot of time performing even simple tasks because DS is an extremely primitive environment for animation.
If you're an amateur and doing this for fun, DS will probably suffice. But if you are looking to produce high-quality and realistic animations, this will be much more difficult to achieve in Daz Studio than in real animation software actually designed for animation first and foremost.
But I think you should be prepared to arrive at the conclusion that there may not exist a "quick start" to animation, depending on the level you're shooting for. There is a lot to learn if you want to do even semi-professional level animations, and not all of it can even be done in Daz Studio at all, i.e. compositing, color grading, foley, etc...
In any case, welcome to the obssession.
