Daz Install Manager & Recent orders not downloading & installing...

I'm not sure what's going on. But I recently in the last few weeks bought a few new items, and today felt like downloaidng and installing them. However, problem is, DIM is not working the way it used to.

I have been clicking and clicking and clicking the download and install on the product page of purchased items. YES - I have the most current software! YES - I'm clicking on the right download. NO - I don't want to do a manual download and install, that's what DIM is supposed to be for.

I've restarted my computer, closed and reopened the browsers, FF and Chrome. And it's just not happening. So has something changed AGAIN that I've missed? I just wanna install my new items... but they are not showoing up in the DIM after logging in.

YES - I clicked on the Sort Order drop down and chose Order Date: Recent First... no show on the items I bought.

What am I doing wrong? So irritating and frustrating that my limited time this evening was SPENT on trying to download and install - instead of the illustration I had in my head. Looks like a another couple of weeks before I'll get this time slot again.

Do the most recent items show up in your Product Library? Everything seems to be showing up for me in DIM.

Are any items you haven't downloaded yet showing, or is Ready to Download empty? If it's empty, and you have anything in the Ready to Install tab, can you move those files out of the downloads folder and see if refreshing puts them back in the Ready to Download tab?

Loads of stuff is showing up ready to download. I don't know why because they are all already installed. Not sure what to do to get to the items I want to download. Some of these purhases are 3 weeks old, so they should be showing up. I made another purhase today, one of them being this --- http://www.daz3d.com/redspec-tgx-tailored-octane-shaders-for-monique-6 --- and it downloaded and installed with no issue.

But the items that should be showing up in DIM aren't. They are in my Product library at the website, that's where I'm clicking to try and get them to download and install.

One of the best ways to fix something: tell someone else about it.

All the info is held in the "Submit Post" button, and is released as soon as you click on it

I was having the same problem - after I made a purchase the products would not show up in DIM.

I found out if I went to 'orders' and chose the purchase order page, there is a 'download this order' button which makes DIM open and populates the new items in DIM. That's the only way I was able to get it to work a few days ago.

Yep, otherwise, the download link you get at the completion of the order, DO NOT WORK! You have to come out and go into your Product library and then download - install and it works.

You guys should probably fix that... I'm just saying... it used to work - what happened? :)
