will all genesis male outfits fit fine on genesis female also?

One I have does fine but before I boguth another outfit I wanted to see if  I can buy it knowing it wil lwork or if it is just a chance it will work or may noit. thanks

    Yes, outfits marketed for Genesis 1 Male will also work with the female morph. They were optimized for the male morph, though, and may not provide a custom fit for the female morph.

    Is there a specific outfit you're wondering about?

     I got the https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-head-morph-resource-kit-4

    it says there are 11 face morphs but in parameters i see no sliders for new faces and there is just one icon in library, no faces there either

    Also I already have https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-evolution-head-morphs

    so I do even know if new sliders that come wit hthe resource kit have added, there are no sliders wit hnew colors

    Try looking here:

    By the way the sliders are all light grey, so no new colours to identify them.

    Morphs sliders from different packs don't always have different colors, especially not for older figures.

    You can use the morphs groups in the shaping or parameters tab to find groups of morphs. For the Morph Kit 4 there's a subgroup under "Head":

    I guess it di d not get installed, it was through daz central,

    also the one icon it has in library is black with no image

    I uninsatlled and reisntalled through IM. still nothing. Does reinstalling through IM even do anything with any products?

    According to the readme, the morphs technical files are in a folder under the following path: data\DAZ3D\Genesis\Base\Morphs\HSTW\MorphKit4

    Where is that folder on your drive?

    Mine doesnt  have the base folder so I can't search past Genesis

    And many if these products, not only M4 and genesis character related ones, are still installing with the warning mark at the icon in library.

    Also is this white
    box in each one's top right corner supposed to be there?
    They all have it in this image except for day at the beach which has a green box in the bottom right corner

    I’m asking where it is on your hard drive, not in DS. The data folder will not appear in DS, and that’s normal.

    When i pasted your link/thread of the location and hit enter nothing happened so I found my way there where I showed you, was your thread complete? I thought it was missing the first part it can't start with"data"can it?

    You need to use a file browser to look, not Daz Studio.

    I was looking in file browser, I paste location, hit enter and the file browser doesn't go anywhere, stays where it was.

    No, the path is not complete, the first part will depend on where you installed the product and I don't know where that is. That's actually what I would like to know ;)

    You said you installed it with DIM. When you go to the "Installed" tab and right-click on the line corresponding to the Morph kit 4, you should have an option to "show installed files". What does it show you?

    OK, so the first link is where you installed it.

    Is that folder listed as a "Daz Studio formats" content directory in DS preferences?

    Go to Content tab, then open the "content directory manager". There should be a content set called something like "current content set" or "current directories", with a list of "Daz formats" content directories.

    Sorry, I forgot we were taking about V4, so it was "poser content" we need to check.

    So it is in a Poser content directory. Is that the same one where V4 is installed? For M4 and V4 the figure and its morphs pack have to be installed in the same content directory, or it won't work. You can check where V4 is installed with "show installed files" too.

    this is where I am still look I hope, I can't find anyhting like v4 base to check, is there anything here I should check? there are only a few item underneath that are also just products

    My bad, I just realized I got confused between all your threads sad.Morphs Kit 4 is for Genesis, not V4...

    If you go to the install directory on your drive, then look into data > DAZ3D > Genesis > Base > Morphs, is the HSTW folder actually there, with the MorphKit4 folder inside?
