Hm. Can anybody else who purchased this product...

...please confirm for me that it doesn't actually zero expressions as advertised? 

Or, conversely, confirm that I'm crazy? smiley

    I tried to zero some expressions yesterday and it didn't seem to work for me either.

    It worked for me originally when I tried it after purchase.

    But not all expressions can be zeroed...

    It depends on what you used to change the expression.

    For instance, if you changed the facial expression with this product:

    Then the zero expression will not work. You have to go back into the product and use the reset that comes with the product.
