Joint Controlled Morphs

Hi, I'm following the tutorial on creating JCM(advanced) with my own morphs and running into trouble.
How do you make so that the corrected JCM applies only to a certain portion of a pose.
Ex. Your JCM is only meant to apply to the Goblin arm raise during the the range of 25-35 instead of gradually from the min to maximum range. How do you limit it the range to which your JCM applies?

If you're unable to select a range, is there a work around?

    This would need to be handled with keyed ERC. That's not a feature I've had occasion to use, but you manually set up the relations on the time line (frame 0, have both the rotation and the morph at 0, then move on and set the rotation to 25 and key the morph at 0, then move on and set the rotation to 35 and morph at 1, then move on to the final rotation and morph setting, then create your ERC link.
