How do you save [Hidden Body Parts] them to the library?

Oh... I thought you were asking a different question... I was going to suggest a cooler and dry ice... but I don't think that applies here.
What do you mean? If you want to save a preset to hide body parts, File>Save As>Properties Preset, use the checkboxes to disable all but the Other tab, uncheck the root node, and then expand that>keep going to the bone(s) you want to hide, and for each Display>check Visibility
Any reason not to trust right-click in Other -> Check Only -> Check all modified only?
Only that it may not always be easy to keep track of what is modified. I'd tend to use that in more complex cases, in which I know where I'd started, but as long as it includes the desired settings any excess baggage can always be removed later if need be.
