Problem rendering with UberEnvironment

I'm a beginner with DAZ Studio, although I've been using Poser for many years. I've been trying to learn how to use UberEnvironment 2. My first attempts look pretty bad. The renders come out as a pixelated splotchy mess, and I don't know what went wrong. Can someone tell me what went wrong and what I can do to correct it? Is there a tutorial available that explains the basics of UberEnvironment and UberLighting? Also, what went wrong with the background? Isn't it supposed to be transparent? Why is the edge a mess? Thanks

The UE2 loads at a pretty low 'quality' level...there are some quality presets, in the same area as the base and other presets, try 3 or 4.
