Hello,
for lighting my scenes I often use HDRI-Images (as environment map).
The problem I have is, that the light isn't evenly distributed.
For example the lighting is good from the front perspective but too dark from the side perspective.
Then I have to change the dome rotation accordingly to get the same lighting from that perspective which is a little bit of a chore.
So I would like a HDRI-Image where the light distribution is even but all I can find are images with uneven light distribution.
Thanks

You can make your own! Attached is a 24bit template to use as a guide for creating 32bit HDRIs. You can use programs like affinity or photoshop to make them. The template labels Front, Left, Back, Right and shows the general area for above and below. It is intended for the environment hdr map with dome rotation default 0.
I use this a lot, it's just a vertical gradient from white to black
I've found some of the presets in HDRI Test Lights for Iray | Daz 3D did a good job for me when I was cataloguing my stuff. I also used a basic grey gradient backdrop too.
