Help, I accidently removed my top tool bar

How do I get it back? I tried going into Edit/Preferences/Restore Factory Defaults, but it did nothing. Im attaching a pic of how my interface looks.

Window>Workspace>Select Layout, or - if you don't want to reset everything - Window>Workspace>Customise and in the Activities tab on the right drill down to find the list of toolbars, right-click on the Main one and choose Enable.
