I'm a Poser 2014 user. I was having a lot of problems with M4 in Poser, so I decided to uninstall and then reinstall him. I also reinstalled his morphs, the base morphs and the ++ Morphs. Now M4 is really broken and I don't know what to do about it. Not all of the morphs will load, and even when they do load, they often don't work. Also, whenever I load M4 (before & after the reinstall) I get this error message: ------System Error: NULL result without error in PyObject_Call------ I got this message both before and after the reinstall. M4 is the model I use most often so I'm really stuck here - please help! thanks

Where is Michael 4 installed? Make sure you have only one \Runtime\Libraries\!DAZ\Michael 4 folder - if your uninstall didn't quite work, or you had duplicates before, you might end up with two and Poser can get confused when reading all of the component files used by the figure.

Once you've insured that you have only one Runtime:Libraries:!DAZ:Michael 4 folder (and that it is in a writable location, e.g. not in Program Files on Windows 7/8/Vista), you need to run DzCreateExPFiles-M4.bat (.command on Mac) in Runtime:Libraries:!DAZ

Thanks for your help. I think the problem is solved now. I had to delete the files by hand because I had neglected to install the uninstaller when I originally installed M4. I tried removing all of the originally installed files including the !DAZMicheal4 files, but I must have missed something because it didn't work. BUT I managed to solve it anyway. I had installed the uninstaller when I reinstalled M4, so I used the the uninstaller to remove the M4 files - reinstalled and - it worked!!! Must be the uninstaller removed some files I overlooked. So lesson learned, always install the uninstallers. Thanks again for your help. :-)
