Looks as if it could be this one https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-syee-cute-princess-dress-for-genesis-8-females from the same PA with a different material applied to the edging. Not really enough to go on to be certain though.

Ah, I should have thought to look in the products of the same PA. It looks like it could be the one.
