I just noticed that G8.1, and all G8.1 characters are loading with annoying long fingernails that I can't get rid of. I've gone back and looked at older renders and am not seeing this issue. Anyone else noticed this?

Does Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape clear the nails? If so it's probably something stored with a non-zero default value. As long as you used an external installer (not DS itself) load the Dev Load version of the figure, zero it (Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure), memorise it (Edit>Figure>Memorise>Memorise Figure), and go to File>Save As>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets - the dialogue box will tell you which properties have been changed, which should identify the problem.
Is that the base figure or did you dial in a Character? I have one 8.1 character who has like inch long fingernails when I added her to the scene, so it might be the character you're using?? Not being able to dial them back? I've noticed there are some changes in the dials between 8.0 and 8.1 and I thought the only differences between the two of them was to be their facial expression ability and that's it, 8.1 was far better than 8.0 but I've noticed things like Eyes Closed is not a dial option for 8.1, I have to use Squint to get those eyes to close a little bit. There are a few other changes too, annoying so maybe there is a dial missing for fingernails OR it's labled as something else, like Eyes Close is Squint. Annoying I agree. I hate it when they change dials like that, why can't they keep things the same is beyond me.
Found the culprit, a morph installed with CB Ryilee HD that applies to all G8.1F characters, as well as the devload. Filing a ticket...
Thanks, Richard.
I have the same problem, but I don't have CB Ryilee. How did you discover the offending morph, @wurger, if you please?
I followed Richards instructions above and it was on the list of changes before the final save at the last step. Changed the file extension of the morph and the problem went away.
Thanks so much, @wurger! My apologies for the extra trouble. I skimmed rather than reading.
