Starter Essentials now $70?

As title - I'm trying to upgrade to Genesis 8.1 and the only link I can find to the Starter Essentials (which I am assuming might contain 8.1 - but no info to be sure) is trying to charge me $70 at checkout?
It this correct, now?

The starter essentials are still free. What you can buy from the page in the store is the interactive license to use them in a game.

yes, 8.1 is included with the genesis 8 starter essentials.
That really does need top be fixed.
Genesis 8.1 is still Genesis 8, it was added to Genesis 8 Starter Essentials in January 2021
